Battle Pirates Release Notes - 1/4/17

Greetings, Captains!

This release includes the High Tide Elite & Iron Maiden time-limited campaigns, as well as bug fixes & tunings. A preview for the January event targets will be available for limited participants on Thursday. Let’s take a look!

High Tide Elite TLC

This campaign is similar to the High Tide campaigns of the past however, Legion Assault Force remnants have fortified their ranks. Winning the plunder from this Elite version of High Tide will prove to be a formidable task.

Start Date: Wednesday, January 4th, 2017 - 12PM PST

End Date: Wednesday, January 11th, 2017 - 12PM PST

Level: 50+


  • Run 1: 8 Encounters

Iron Maiden TLC

The Ironclad is the premiere hull for attacking Tier 4 targets in the the next event cycle. Similarly to the Tideseeker in Reaver’s Revenge, this hull is purposely designed to perform best in T4 and lower event targets, sacrificing lower repair costs for the ability to auto-attack targets at will.

Bug fixes & tuning

  • Corrected an issue with the calculations being done to determine the movement speed of fleets on the world map. This should address a problem where fleets would appear to reach their destination, then jump back a certain distance and continue traveling to the target.

  • Cleaned up some additional cases where stats were incorrectly showing both a plus and minus sign ahead of the bonus value.
